Patrick knows what industry needs.

Patrick has worked in engineering and maintenance since 1993.

He has worked as a maintenance fitter, mechanical engineer and supervisor across mining, ports, manufacturing, food and beverage, high-speed packing and specialist industrial environments.

He has seen labour hire from both sides — as a tradesman working alongside labour hire, and as someone seeking labour-hire services and overseeing the work.

That experience shapes the way PMT operates today.
