Precise Maintenance Trades was established by Patrick Zammit after more than three decades working in engineering and industrial maintenance.
Patrick is both the Director of PMT and remains on the tools. His experience has been built through hands-on work, supervisory roles and years spent working in some of Australia’s most demanding industrial environments.

I am Patrick Zammit, Director and on the tools at Precise Maintenance Trades.
Over that time, I have worked across underground coal mines, container terminal ports, high-speed packing, food and beverage, manufacturing and production plants, as well as specialist industrial environments.
That experience has shown me first-hand what customers require from their tradespeople — and how frustrating it can be when the standard falls short.
Having worked alongside labour-hire trades, sought their services and overseen their work, I saw the same problems occurring again and again.
The steady decline in available tradesmen, combined with gaps in training, skills, ability, drive and basic reliability, creates real problems for customers.
PMT does not believe in simply putting people into positions to fill a roster.
We provide experienced tradespeople who can contribute to the operation, identify problems, fault find effectively and respond to breakdowns with the urgency industrial environments demand.
